San Jose Sharks

The San Jose Sharks are a ice hockey team located in San Jose, California and play their games at the SAP Center, also known as the Shark Tank to the local people of San Jose. They are apart of the National Hockey League and are in the Pacific Division of the Western Conference. The team was established in 1991 and the first NHL team to be based in the Bay Area. They have won six titles and one conference championship.

Last season, the 2015-2016 season was the first time the team ever made it to the Stanley Cup Finals. After taking it to seven games, the Sharks ultimately lost the Stanley Cup to the Pittsburgh Penguins.
